The largest Russian carrier among suburban commuter railway companies continues to actively develop railway tourism. Travelers do not need to rent a car, given that in just a couple of hours comfortable electric Central Suburban Passenger Company trains bring tourists from the center of Moscow to some extremely beautiful cities of great historical significance. Hundreds of museums, estates, monasteries, and natural sites are certainly of interest for those who want to learn more about the history and culture of Russia.

Information about popular tourist sites, events, and guided tours is published on the official website of the CSPC, and it is also available in English. Moreover, the company develops audio guides allowing passengers to learn about the landmarks located along the line, as well as the history of the stations that the train travels through. They are available in a special section of the tourism website and the izi.TRAVEL app. The tours were developed by historians and travel journalists. Currently, there are 23 audio tours in Russian and three in English. Ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, additional audio guides will be released in English.

Audio guides are in demand among travelers: in the first quarter of 2018 they were downloaded over 50,000 times. The most popular tour was "Moscow-Sergiev Posad".
